We've been assured that pedestrian access will be available at all times . If you are coming in to Peebles from Edinburgh, Galashiels or the south side of the river you will be able to reach either the East Station Car Park or Kingsmeadows Car Park by the normal routes but you can expect much heavier traffic at some of the junctions.
